リーディングのクラスはビジネスコースのため、トピックは海外のコールセンターについて書かれたものだった。
The topic of the test is offshore call centre because my reading and writing class is the business course.
ちなみに私の通っている語学学校は一般、大学進学、ナース、ビジネスと、色々なコースをクラスごとに選べ、授業で扱うトピックも若干異なる。
The language school I am going to has several courses, such as general, academic, nurse, business etc. So, we can choose the course which is close to own measure.

More companies have the offshore call centres in developing countries, like India or Philippines, in order to reduce their product cost. However, native speakers in the UK and the US can't communicate with call centre staff, because the first language of the staff is not English.
