007 カジノ・ロワイヤル 前編

久しぶりに映画を借りてみた。オーストラリアでも007シリーズは何作か見たが、久しぶりに感想を書いてみよう。

I watched a movie which was one of the series of 007. I actually watched some of them in Australia, and I would like to record my impression.

2日で3回見た。一回目は英語音声、字幕無し。二回目は英語音声、字幕あり・知らない単語を都度調べる。三回目は英語音声、日本語字幕・アクションシーン早送り。

I have watched it three times in 2 days. First, I watched it without any subtitles. Next, with English subtitles. Finally, with Japanese subtitles and skipped every action scene.

アクションなので話の展開は分かりやすいが、細かい設定となると分からん。

It was easy to understand its story because it was an action movie; however, I could not understand the details at the first time.

字幕ありで見ると、どこが聞き取れていないのか分かりやすい。まぁ、大体前回の日記で書いたとおりだ。

It is gonna be easy to know which part I could not understand, when I watched it with English subtitles. 

三回目ともなると内容も分かるので、どの単語をどう意訳しているか分かる。

At the third time, I found how it was translated because I had already known its story.

案外、自分の解釈と違ったりして驚いた。かなりシンプルに訳しちゃっている感もある。

Unexpectedly, I was surprised by its interpretation because it was sometimes different from mine. I felt it was easy and simple to understand.

今回の作品は、ボンドのキャラクターに焦点を当てている面もあるらしく、全体を考慮した訳し方になっているのか。

In addition, this movie focuses Bond's characteristics, so it was supposed to be under consideration.
