カツアゲされる(未遂)

先月の事だが、街を歩いていたら中学生くらいの女の子二人組に話しかけられた。
In last month, a couple of girls who look like junior high school students spoke to me when I was walking in the centre of city.

お、なんだなんだ？アジア人はこの街では別に珍しくないだろう？
What's happen? Asian people are not stranger in this town, are they ?

｢5ドルちょーだい！バスで帰りたいの！｣
"Give me 5 dollars! I wanna ride on bus!"

なんだこの子ら。お金持ってないのか。
I think that they didn't have enough money.

5ドルやし、あげたるか。
It was not difficult for me to give them five dollars at the moment.

社会人パワーを見せようかと思ったが、いや待てよ。
I could show my authority as a businessman. Just a second!

財布を出したら、財布ごと強奪されるパターンか？
I doubted they would rob my wallet if I showed my wallet from a pocket of pants.

力勝負なら問題無いが、脚はどうか？
It was no matter my strength of muscle. But, how about agility?

リュックしょってるし、運動は週一のサッカーくらいだ。
I was carrying a heavy backpack, besides I didn't do any exercises without playing soccer once a week in those days.

ここは社会の厳しさを教えたるか。
It was better to teach them how strict life is.

いい人なんて世の中にはおらんで。
Nobody is just generous.

お金を渡す以上、リターンも必要やで。
Anybody needs a return to give someone money.

…ということで断った。
Finally, I refused to give them money.

あの子らは無事に帰れたのだろうか？
I concern that they could go back home safely.
